Processing & Handling Times

  • Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Once your order is handed over to our shipping provider, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • International: 7 to 15 business days depending on the destination country and local customs clearance procedures.

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order. BOUIOS, STEVEN is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the buyer. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to an address error, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
